If certifications and diplomas reassure you,
then here are mine!

Conventional coaching

As soon as I made the decision to reorient my career towards coaching, I visited a few schools and I quickly chose the Bouche à Oreilles (BAO for those in the know). There I began the conventional coaching path, culminating in certification in spring 2019.

Psychopathology

The same year, I took the Psychopathology course given by Patricia Stas. It was a magnificent course that enabled me to take a step back and shed light on certain aspects of my personal journey. Today, this training is extremely useful in the support I provide to my coachees, as it enables me to adapt my coaching to the personality in front of me, and also to adapt it to any difficult personalities in my coachee’s environment.

Shamanic Coaching

In 2019 and 2020, back to BAO where I followed the Voyager path, an initiation to shamanic and symbolic coaching. On a personal level, it’s probably the most beautiful of all the training courses I’ve taken. Taught by Danielle De Wilde and Fabienne Doyen, it is both profound and intense. In a way, this course helped me find myself.

Process Communication Model®

Personally, I’ve always had trouble with personality inventories, as I feel I’ve been put in a “box” in which I can only (very) partially find myself.

I didn’t feel this way at all with the Process Communication Model. On the contrary, this open and flexible model allows us to explain a great many things in the course of our lives. Some of my coachees ask me for a personality inventory. But even if that’s not the case, I draw inspiration from this model in my coaching.

Skills assessment

Whether in my coaching work or with the young people at Duo for a Job or YouthStart, skills assessment is fundamental. Knowing your strengths improves your self-confidence and contributes to your self-esteem. It’s better to cross a river by walking on the big stones in its path than to cross it with your feet in the water!

Energy Reading

In 2022-2023, I trained in Energy Reading, a profound and very interesting approach to intuition. This exciting and challenging training culminated in certification in March 2023.

Burn-out support

And last but not least, in 2023 I took a specific training course in burn-out support, with certification in October 2023. You can’t improvise burn-out support, because people are in great pain.

Supervision and me

Supervision is an essential part of my coaching practice. With a few coaches I’ve known for a long time (and whom I appreciate enormously 😉 ), we get together several times a year under the guidance of Patricia Stas, who supervises us. It’s an opportunity to clarify what affects us personally in our coaching, to go deeper into certain coaching themes, to clarify certain ethical issues, to broaden our field of vision. This supervision allows me to feel good about my coaching, and to continue learning. Didn’t I already tell you that I was very curious
